Pricing is flat per workspace, not per member. One plan price covers your whole team up to the member limit — 5 members on Starter, 25 on Professional — with no per-seat charges. Client-portal users are never counted, so the price you see is the price you pay.

No. Client-portal users are free and unlimited on every tier. They sign in to their own portal and see only their own company’s documents — never another company’s, and never your workspace administration. Only your own team uses member seats.

No. You create client-portal logins from Admin Settings; clients use them to submit documents and track their own packages. Only your team needs member seats.

Longer commitments cost less per month, all billed once up front for the period. Paying every 6 months saves 15%, yearly saves 23%, and every 2 years saves 35% compared with paying monthly — the same features either way, just a lower effective monthly rate.

Nothing is deleted. Your existing documents stay available and audit-ready; you will need to upgrade or free up space before uploading new versions.

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Your documents remain exportable at all times.

All major credit and debit cards, billed in AED. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with net-30 terms.

Yes. Invite as many staff as your plan allows and promote any of them to workspace admin from Admin Settings — access to reviews, packages, and settings follows the role.
